1- The customer is responsible to confirm the selected items with all associated details before purchasing.
2- The delivery will be fulfilled on working days (from Saturday to Thursday). Orders usually ship within 3-5 working days depending on payment confirmation and your selected delivery address.
3- The site is not responsible for any delay in delivery of the order in case the delivery information is not written correctly by the customer.
4-We do not accept returns or exchanges —unless you received damaged items (you are allowed to fully refund if you send a proof within 24 hours after receiving the order)

1- يتحمل العميل مسؤولية تأكيد العناصر المحددة بكل التفاصيل المرتبطة بها قبل الشراء.

2- يتم التوصيل في أيام العمل (من السبت إلى الخميس). يتم شحن الطلبات عادة في غضون 3-7 أيام عمل داخل السلطنة حسب تأكيد الدفع وعنوان التسليم المحدد.
3- الموقع غير مسؤول عن أي تأخير في تسليم الطلب في حالة عدم كتابة معلومات التوصيل بشكل صحيح من قبل العميل.
4- لا نقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال - باستثناء إذا تلقيت عناصر تالفة (يُسمح لك باسترداد الأموال بالكامل إذا أرسلت إثباتًا في غضون 24 ساعة بعد استلام الطلب)
